The service we received after the restaurant had made a mistake was fabulous. The manager/supervisor came to our table to sincerely apologize.

small serviings, which is a shame was much more generous before becoming part of the 'social house' group - it's sad and no longer my first choice for an after work get together. decreased my business by 75%

I'm happy you asked for a comment because my biggest peeve re. Cats is the fact that out of four times I have been there in the past year, even though the restaurant is only half-full, I have been asked to wait for up to fifteen minutes for a table. I would go there more often as I live two minutes away, but because of the waits I tend to go elsewhere in order to be seated promptly.
