I would make sure that there always be a high level of friendliness from the cashiers (the cash-out experience does not always seem as friendly as it could). Also, it often gets very congested at the check out line and I know that this can be a bit of a turn off for some customers. Perhaps finding some way to speed up the line a bit, or maybe opening another til at the vitamin counter? Thanks for being here all these years! I always appreciate that you guys are there on Commercial Drive and I can stop by for a yummy samosa or salad or bliss ball and find good deals and good food in your store!

Increadibly bad service!!!! They have great food so it may be worthwhile putting up with people who do not have a clue.
