Colin was very helpful. This is the 2nd class I've taken with him and both classes (North and Southern Indian Food) were very, very helpful, not to mention tasty. I actually got lost the first time I went to class and called him. He missed my call but called me back almost immediately and helped set up a station quickly so I could join the rest of the class.

Learned great things about food and health, best pilaf I have ever had.

Colin is very passionate about eating healthy and I really liked that. However one thing to note here is that you don't actually cook anything as Colin does all of it and you try the food.

Eat a little something before you go and let them know if you have any food allergies in advance. Otherwise it was fantastic!
