Erin was super helpful. I only had an hour before I had to work, and she had my cut done in less than 45 minutes, without leaving me feeling like I'd been rushed.

My consultation with a very young inexperienced young lady lasted all of a minute. I asked for at least an inch to be cut off and I'm quite sure no more than 1/16 of inch may have been cut. I saw no hair on the floor when she completed the cut. I saw no difference in my hair other than it looked worse than when I went in. Flat with no style, but it was shiney. However, the stylist was adorable and so sweet I didn't have the heart to complain to her and gave her a tip. But I won't return.
