Have enjoyed my experience at Day Yoga Studio. I have never tried yoga before and I really like it. Everyone has been great and I would highly recommend Day Yoga Studio.

Class more strenuous than I had hoped. Depends which instructor you have vibe had two now. I'd go back to one, other just not the right class for me. I'm not a beginner bit this was over my head
