decent food, no complaints

Had a great meal. Server was very attentive and helped out in our choices.

More time between appetizer and main meal

Unfortunately we had a Shoeless Joe's in Woodbridge and it closed down. Have some daily specials to attract more people.

Love the new decor and renovations. The calamari was amazing and the deal on the mini pitchers was great! Even though the restaurant was not at all busy while we were there the service itself was pretty slow. We were not in a rush but it is something to think about. Everyone's meal was very good except the sliders. The buns were toasted too much and the beef was dried out and hard. Having said that - we will be back and order the favs we did have at the table.

Our food took a bit long to come, especially at 2pm when there was no one else there.

Enjoyed the service, our waitress was very attentive.

Shoeless Joe's does not exit at that location anymore it is under a new name. However they took my one coupon. I still have one remaining and not sure that they will honor it.

Service needs to be stepped up

The service is always extremely slow. Not necessarily the serving staff but the length of time to get the food from the kitchen. This occurs even when the rest. is nearly empty.
