Good place good products

It took a very long time to hear back from the customer service department. It was not until I sent an email demanding a refund that anyone even acknowledged my emails. I sent several and left several messages that were ignored before that. When someone finally got back to me it was too late to get the prints for the date I was expecting them.

I ordered my product on November 22 and paid for 2 week expedited service. Two and a half weeks later I had not received any word from them. I started calling and emailing almost daily with no response til two weeks later. My product was not ready for pick up until almost 5 weeks later after numerous attempts to contact the company they finally replied. I will be refunded the expedited charge (apparently) but I will never use the services of this company again. I would not recommend it to anyone either.
