The service was great, they after my family very fast, kids love it

Friendly service and I used this as an opportunity to prepare for an upcoming obstacle race. It was awesome training for that!

Good indoor place to take kids!!

kids loved it although it is much smaller than it looks.....but they want to go back!!

it is fun, but once you check in, they do not give you instructions on everything. can be a bit scary.

Very small space for the kids to use

Pretty basic. Not a ninja experience at all. Parents have to belay their own kids even when they have no idea what they are doing!! Doesn't seem too safe to me!! Helmets are random bike helmets that are dirty and broken.

Very dirty, poor ventilation and arrogant staff.

As adults going into the sportsplex, my friend and I went in with safety in mind. Boy were there a lot of red flags. The rope climbing was tethered to the metal ceiling beam with a single rope, the trampoline springs felt dangerously over sprung, the run up half pipe and descent mechanism even more unsafe, and our whole experience was unsupervised. I know we were adults, but if that room has a locked door to separate it from other areas of the sportsplex, how is someone (staff) supposed to come quickly in an emergency? As well, we didn't have anyone come in and check on us even occasionally. Luckily I knew how to put on a wall climbing harness correctly, and the beam supported my climb. I'm a light person at 110 lbs, but a heavier adult or even child could easily get injured if they strapped into the harness incorrectly or if they were not experienced belayers. In all I had fun with caution, but I would not go back until it becomes safer.

The place is an accident waiting to happen! It's dirty and unsupervised!
