Very convenient for discounted items delivered quickly.
it was easy to use but the reimbursement was confusing and not explained well. Nor was I gotten back to quickly from netplenish when I inquired about it.
Well, I typically shop at the two top stores they selected, and I think it would be easier for me to continue to do so. They have rewards points, etc. Also, NetPlenish showed it would be cheaper to buy most items at one store and one expensive item at another. I didn't see the benefit of going through them
good customer service but they changed the policies and is the same thing buying from the website.
I didn't find that their prices were very good nor was the speed of delivery. There are a lot of other sites that have better prices and faster shipping, like diapers.com . It also took my order a long time to arrive. But their customer service is really good and I worked with them to work out the problem with my order and they were great.
Netplinish website has its bugs - when i tried to purchase some wipes which had purchase limits restrictions from Walgreens- it never alerted me and teh order was placed The second issue had been that the system does not allow you to select the seller. it automatically selects the lowest bid - which in my case was Walgreens - which again had purchase limits - which I was trying to avoid. So i believe there is lot of manual processing involved with Netplinish and it is not smooth and tested operation that most users would prefer.I like Netplish customer service - they assisted me a lot but as I mentioned earlier the website has lot of bugs
It's weird and pointless for them to allow the merchant to charge you and then they reimburse you later.
They didn't have the item I wanted in stock after I placed my order. The way they charged my credit card was confusing, too.
They were very slow to respond to my emails asking about my shipment, which took about two weeks to get to my house. Also they didn't really answer my question about whether I had actually placed the shipment because it's very confusing. It seems to take a LONG time to actually place the order and it's hard to tell if you've missed a step or not. Also, it doesn't save money, because they choose the cheapest option including shipping, so sometimes you'll end up paying around $4 more for something you could get cheaper offline to get free shipping, which doesn't make sense.
Instructions are not so clear & it took awhile to have a check back. Also, needed to submit an email for the refund. It's an extra step I have never seen on other deals
