Very proffesional and polite. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Elena, the assistant, was great! She really helped me feel welcome and comfortable being there for the first time. The doctor was also very thorough, polite and very nice. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as a trip to the dentist can be.
