At first I was a bit intimidated but the trainers make you feel like you fit in. Even the students who are advanced are very approachable and participate with beginners. Overall it's a great class.

This is the real deal, no frills, just serious workouts with great instructors. Love the flexible class/training options not stuck to one discipline like most martial arts gyms.
The instructors make you feel totally comfortable and part of the family right away.
Great group to learn from.

Its not a fancy place, but it has a very comfortable atmosphere and the instructors are knowledgeable and willing to work with you. You feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in the door.
