on their website they charged me an extra $2 for shipping than what they advertised. I called them and they are suppose to credit me the amount overcharged. Will see if they do or i will have to call back.

I waited for my order to arrive for a couple of weeks. When nothing came thru, I called the company. It turns out the order was "lost". Once I contacted them, the order was delivered promptly. They were very courteous when I called.

Great quality, would like to see better selection of University of Kentucky flags. Shipping was very slow after placing the order but it was during the holiday season and there was a storm in the Northeast slowing things down. I am just glad I got my purchase in time to give as a Christmas gift.
