I had an issue with the check out system and In was amazed at the customer service; very efficient, polite, apologetic and I felt like a valued customer. The product in itself works. I can testify I seen a difference. It did however makes a few of my teeth 'zing'.

A bit difficult to use at first but after about the third try he got used to it. Teeth were much more white than before. Although it was a bit difficult to fit the moth piece to his mouth. But, Charlie's K9s are pearly white now.

I did not get my cleaner and the brush was put in the box as if someone returned it. I have no idea how to replace the brush head of the facial brush, that info would be good to know in case I would like to replace it in the future.
