I think the bed is fantastic, it's soft, has kept is shape for 2 years, whenever my friends come to visit they sit on my bed and pass out, I love how no matter which way I sleep, is comfortable. They say the warranty is 10 years, but I don't know what that covers or how to use that warranty if I ever need to

the mattress comes in a box which is cool but i wasn't expecting that. they do not remove the old mattress if you still have one.

Yes, I have now bought 3 mattresses from Zen bedroom. They are great mattresses. I have recommended them to others and I know that 3 people have bought them from my recommendation. I had one sent to my daughter when she moved across country. It was cheaper than having her bed moved from college. Plus she had a new mattress.

Extremely poor communication and exceedingly slow delivery time. 2 weeks ETA was an actual 2 month delivery with no commumication or response to email requests. Ordered an additional piece of furniture at the same time. It was canceleed w/o notifying
