I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would suggest that more information given about what's included in the facial at the time of booking the appointment. I was not prepared to have the foot soak and foot massage, but was given an alternative service, which was a nice surprise.

My visit was, as expected, perfect. Catt is a professional and calming individual. I felt pampered and rejuvenated.

I'd like to try a hairdresser there that I'd include to follow a future Facial. The products are abit expensive but the staff were all caring & sweet.
