As premier downtown yoga facility, Hudson Yoga offers consistent classes with its hot 90 being it's primary focus. If you are moving up in the yoga world, it also hosts a few specialty classes.
For those out there that need to get their 60min yoga lunch session in.... look no further.
With a friendly staff and one that caters to the best experience, they ensure proper yoga class decorum.

Everyone at Hudson's Yoga are so nice and friendly! I was so nervous going in and they were super supportive. The classes are great! I can't wait to keep practicing there!
