As full refund should have been provided or replacement mani and pedis. That was a horrible product and should never have been provided by you without much testing. I understands you do not use it anymore but all of us had to hae our nails recover for months after

Smarten yourselves and the place up. Provide a better set up for the pedicure, ie soak feet before pedicure and don't sit on the floor when doing it.

No one offered to take my coat (which was a big winter one) I had to sit with it in my chair while having my nails done
No one offered me a beverage like water or tea
I felt like they were doing me a favour, I did not feel special like a customer should.

I felt the surroundings were not as clean as they might be, and the pedicure I recieved was not as thorough as it might have been
