make double sure that you have your voucher number with you, and talk with them personaly giving your voucher number, instead of leaving it on the message machine.

Not easy to get in touch with this merchant. You have to leave a message and it was 3 days before they return my call. Was past the date I wanted an appointment and had to wait another 3weeks before I had the date I could go. They did an a lovely manicure probable the best I had. Would really recommend.

leave early parking is on street and some spots are only 1 hour..

Rachael was really friendly, did a great job - very quick, but I would like it if they had more gel polish options. I really prefer gel polish to regular, especially for drying time and durability.

They were great and I will be returning to have my nails done :)
