Tea is good, but the owner is very moody... Most of the time is grumpy and custumer can hear she yelled on the phone or stomped around, I had many experienced of that.

The person behind the counter was hovering between very knowledgeable and being a bit condescending about it. Granted she was busy at that time, but you can answer a question without sounding snooty. I hadn't been there to get tea for quite some time when they stopped selling a particular tea I liked. This location also doesn't do the $1 sampler bags that the one in Sidney does, which is a shame because it's a great way to try out other teas without committing to 50 grams of something you may not like.
