Club staff will show you how to use equipment only if you ask otherwise you are on your own to figure it out - however most of the time it is straight forward.

their equipment is great but a bit disappointed with their staff as they are not overly helpful with training suggestions. In addition, they were late opening the premise one day (half hour late!) and didn't apologize nor offer any explanation to those of us standing outside waiting!

The staff and amazingly friendly and easygoing. The lady I talked to when I first arrived was great- she showed me where everything is and explained how the classes work without the pushy sales pitch that usually comes along with gyms.
