Joy was great and made me feel very comfortable. She was very informative when I asked about other services. She explained that the machines they use are the most updated when I asked about other less expensive pricing in the area. I did not check out the machines myself but she seemed pretty knowledgeable and trustworthy. My outcome for my service was what I expected for laser hair removal.
