Definitely a gym the is worth every penny. What price do you put on your health? If your serious about making a change in your health then these people are the ones to help. I can’t wait to go back!!!! The coach are encouraging and the people are fun!!!

Super welcoming and friendly- amazing that they offer CrossFit 101 Intro classes! The only gym that I’ve seen that does this. The coaches and owners are so nice and kind. Excited to learn and get fitter!

I went in intimated, but the trainer made me feel so welcome and comfortable she was wonderful! The other women were so kind and helpful too. I love it! Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and environment. Coaches were patient and knowledgeable. Classes are engaging and fun. Free child care was an added bonus.

I was terrified before I started the class because I had no idea what to expect or it would be super intense. But it was so lovely! I like the group setting and the instructor was nice and fun. I will def go back again and I am looking forward to the next few weeks!

Thoroughly enjoyed my Woman’s only class! The trainers are more than willing to help you learn technique and are very approachable unlike at other gyms I’ve been to. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow!
