About EXCALIBUR GYMNASTICS

At Excalibur Gymnastics, kids learn to tumble, flip, and leap their way to breathtaking routines. Beginners' classes start by developing children's body awareness as they learn movements and basic skills. In time, kids learn to tackle more complicated techniques while building strength and flexibility. After mastering the basics, kids will be able to perform cartwheels and flips on the ground as well as conduct aerial feats on the bars and vault. Adult classes, similarly, teach students to master these techniques with a focus on body conditioning.
