I loved the environment of Twisted Fitness from the moment that I walked into the doors. The classes I took were amazing and I feel so great after taking them. I am so excited to return again!

So much fun! All of the instructors I’ve met are amazing and so kind, and I’m sure the rest I haven’t met yet are just as awesome. They have so much more to offer than just pole classes. Electric yoga with Rhiannon was a great time and I hope to see it on the schedule again soon! Loooove twisted fitness!! You won’t regret giving it a try! You might even make some great friends. :)
