Great Class. Instructors are very supportive, friendly and the encouraging. The whole team is 100% Safety first. I have no experience with CrossFit and they have guide me through every step. Highly recommend.

Great price for someone to try out CrossFit. The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and supportive. If you have no experience they will guide you through every step of the workout.
