I would have enjoyed my facial more at your new location if I had been contacted by phone prior to the appointment to be informed of the new address and while there, a quiet atmosphere is more relaxing than hearing conversations and construction. Your schedule system is strange and confusing. Hope these are helpful hints.

The staff is very nice and friendly.

they moved locations & i did not get notafication of the move. i called but only got a message...i left one but it was not returned. after wasting a lot of time looking i asked local business and they gave me directions to new locations i have kids to pick up and this pit me 40min later than planned so i had to make last minute new arrangements for them. on top of that the gal was new and her speed was very slow and it took longer than i was told on the phone which caused me conflict for my evening plans. the gal doing mt lashes was very nice. she did say i could come back if i had things to attend to....but making another trip, gas, time, arrangements....i just stuck it out. the lashes looked good. i was happy i got them...the experience sucked.
