Getting an appointment was easy over Thanksgiving break. The paperwork was a bit of a snafu, but we just filled it out when we arrived. After that, it was smooth sailing! Everyone I met introduced herself/himself and was pleasant and efficient. Erika took my daughter's xrays first and then mine. She was fast and considerate. Since that is the worst part of a cleaning for me, I was relieved from that point on. Each person was professional and kind. We will be back!
