Great service - was able to get in the day I called. CNN on TV was a little obnoxious, but that is my only complaint. My feet and hands look and feel great. I will go there again.

I do not like when the staff speaks in their native language, seems so rude yet most salons do this…. so when I go to a salon that actually attempts to engage the customer in conversation or speaks English to each other then I am much more likely to return and recommend it to others.

To busy, they were overbooked claiming two people called in sick. Isn't that why you leave a phone number so they can call you to reschedule? Didn't feel we got a "spa pedicure". They rushed thru us to accommodate the rest of the customers that were waiting.

Finger nail paint chipped the next day.

It was a very uncomfortable experience at Venus nails. The technician who was giving me my pedicure and manicure did not smile or talk to once during the entire time I was there. When he wanted me to alternate my hand or foot, he would tap me and if I didn't respond right away, he would just tap me again a little harder and look annoyed. I know he could talk because at one point all of the technicians in the shop started what sounded like arguing because their voices were raised loudly and they seemed very agitated. The owner was there too and was also involved in the "argument." It was awkward and unprofessional to say the least. I couldn't wait to get out of there and will not return.

Place smelled like cigarette smoke and workers were not friendly at all!! Was there for a manicure and pedicure and not a word was said to me the whole time I was there. The workers spoke in Vietnamese the entire time amongst themselves, and did not speak to either my daughter or I, except to ask what color..very rude....I have been having my nails done for 20+ years professionally and never received service like this...will not go back!
