The price was great but the service ...not that friendly. I need to take my phone which was repaired back because the touch screen sometime does not react to when I touch it.

As a t-mobile customers, there are not very many "t-mobile" stores in Hawaii. TCA has the products I need, however, the sales personel lack the knowlege of "Sales" and have horrible customer service. We wanted a phone case and the guy helping us did nothing. I had to ask very specific questions to get what I needed. And the entire time I was there, he was sitting. This was my first time at the "Ala Moana" location, and my last. Although the other location isnt much better, they at least stand up to help customers.
