The faucility was really clean. That was a big plus to me. Stephanie the trainer was really nice. She checked on me to make sure I was doing the moves correctly,and explained how they should be done.

I think this is a great facility and an amazing workout. Stephanie is a wonderful teacher and makes sure you are using good form so you get all the benefits of each exercise.
