Might be good to institute a confirmation call policy 1-2 days prior to the appointment. If running a business, actually listen to voice messages left as opposed to assuming things and canceling client's appointments. Consider another method for extractions. I have 2 scars on the tip of my nose from it. A facial is supposed to be a relaxing experience, not a stressful one. Establish credibility by knowledge, expertise and skill. I was asked questions that didn't highlight any knowledge what so ever. "Because you consume caffeine, that's why you have these breakouts on your chin." When was the last time I consumed caffeine?
