Do not expect to walk into a spa that is located on Newbury Street in Boston. Spring Rain offers services at a reasonable price and Natalya, one of the owners, is excellent at what she does. She is thorough and cares about her customers. I highly recommend Spring Rain to people who do not need the fluff that is often provided at many spas so that they can charge outrageous prices.

Very relaxing want to go again. Kind of difficult to book an appt( answering service)

They didn't do the third part of the treatment (hand masks) and then kept trying to sell me things through the duration of my treatment. Then, after they had the audacity to shove a tip envelope with the writing "tip: $34". Although they may be nice people, the level of service I received felt sub par. (No water after a body treatment?)

Employee's were very nice but needs updating....won't be going there again.

Better customer service and make sure the whole time is used

This was hardly a spa. The place was really outdated and almost creepy. Staff was unfriendly. The overall experience was bad.

Very disappointing.
