Arrive early to get a spot on the floor small space. But very clean and friendly knowledgable instructors.

The studio was not intimidating at all. I've only taken the Basics class with Tom but it was a great reintroduction to yoga. I'll definitely be going back.

Love the studio. Love the atmosphere. Love the helping hands. Can't say or think of one bad thing about the studio. I will continue to go there.
