Needs a fresh coat of paint. Looks exactly like it did 15 years ago. Maybe consider a color that is refreshing and warm. Bathrooms are exactly the same upstairs as they were 15-18 years ago. I'm sure It was impressive when it first opened, but there are so many new gyms that have opened up that feel much more updated, for a fraction of the cost. Not sure I would join this one because it just looks old. Staff was nice though.

This is one of the nicest gyms i've ever been a part of between the facilities and the staff there isn't a place comparable in the Waltham area.

very loud hvac unit on 1st floor; building and locker rooms a bit tired

Although the gym has a lot of machines, the interior is old and kind of depressing. The locker rooms also feel very dated. I love the spinning class that I tried. I was interested in using the pool, but was disappointed to see it was shorter than the standard size. That doesn't work for someone who is a good swimmer and wants to do laps.
