I recommend. We have done many of the escape rooms in the area and this was ands down our favorite so far. The puzzles are challenging yet creative and fun. The staff is friendly and engaging. We had a blast.

The place was excellent. Shane walked me thru the process and gave me multiple phone calls to answer all my questions. Very friendly, really nice bowling alley with lots of fun activity to do while we waited for friends to join. The actual escape room was interesting, very challenging. It was the first escape room for us & we loved it. we failed to solve & escape in time but it was brilliant. We will be back in future. Great good activity

I called on a Friday afternoon and asked for open bowling times. They told me up until midnight. Unfortunately when we showed up at 9pm, we were told no kids under the age of 16 are allowed after 9:30. The woman at the counter could have been a little nicer. She never apologized. She just said we can't tell everyone on the phone. We did go back the next day and the kids had a great time. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly.

The manager (A lady at the register) was very rude and did not give right info on timing. Had to go there thrice to get to play once.
