Its like one stop shopping of wellness!!! It gives you the workout you need and in just a half an hour!!! You get one on one training, you can be held accountable if that is what you want by being weighed and measured weekly or monthly. The owner Jen is very nice and knowledgable about nutrition and exercise. This is NOT your typical gym and she is not your typical owner and I say that as a HUGE compliment. I see her as genuine and not "car salesperson" like I see at business. She seems like someone who wants to help anyway she can to see her clients are successful not just about the money. Fit500 is also a small, more private gym and perfect for the people that are intimidated by big gyms or just want to workout somewhere where they can concentrate on their workout and lets not forget in 30minutes!!! Is really is the perfect place. It is right off of RT95. Very clean and equiptment is disinfected promptly before any member uses it.
