The car that had the remote start put it needed the additional part, which was an extra charge and that wasn't disclosed to me until the starter was installed. It was an additional $116.00 which I thought should have been discussed before the starter was pu in. I'm sure I would have agreed to the charge, I just didn't like the way it was handled.

Yes, be sure that you know it will take most of the day. Make arrangements to have a ride after dropping your car off and to go back and pick it up, approximately six hours later. Which is not a problem, just that i did not know this in advance, my fault for not asking beforehand. They do have a very nice place to read or watch tv. And, there are a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance !!! They were very professional and friendly. Can't wait to start enjoying my new remote start!!!
