I went to their Pentagon City store in Arlington. The eye exam was good, quick, and efficient. They set me up with lovely frames. Note that they are designer frames and will cost a decent amount. They actually had my prescription in stock so within a couple hours they were fitted into the frames and I walked out with my new glasses on! Very pleased.

They gave great customer service, and recommendations when I bought my glasses. Veronica in particular was fantastic.

Amazingly nice sales staff! I waited close to an hour because it was a busy Saturday, so they threw in the anti-glare lenses for free ($100 value).
