Washington, DC is known as the nation’s home for politics, but that's not all it has to offer. DC is also a city of historic sites and diverse culture, from museums to live music and dance. Cultural Tourism DC showcases this heritage through five signature programs that also aim to broaden and diversify the city’s audiences for the arts. This includes WalkingTown DC, its annual public walking tour program, and Art4All DC, a three-week arts festival with events held across the District.
Cultural Tourism DC partners with more than 250 cultural and heritage organizations, from The Lincoln Theatre to the Blues Alley Jazz Society, to celebrate and explore DC’s diverse neighborhoods and cultural offerings.
