HA has a lot to improve about their service. we had two servers and neither one smiled even once. They obviously didn't communicate with each other about our orders and then would ask us if we still were awaiting for more food to arrive (our main entrees). My friend's favorite Pad Thai was so soaked in oil that he left most of it untouched and so were the fried calamari - thick slices with super hard crust that one had to carve off to be able to eat it. we were waiting for ten min to get the bill after we requested it with both the waiters but then one came back to collect the tip a mere 30 sec after I put the checkbook down. some investment in the staff training would be highly recommended

HORRIBLE customer service. The lady who attended us was extremely rude! we ordered calamari and it was so hard that we couldn't even chew on it so we told the server and she replies "we have never had this complaint in the past" who says that! The customer is always right...heard of that concept?? Never going back!
