Very mediocre cleaning job. I had to vacuum and sweep areas after the visit that were left untouched. And, this was even after the person cleaning our place left prior to the two hours

The areas cleaned were not cleaned thoroughly and spots were missing. I asked for some floors and the bathroom to be cleaned. The floors and tub/showers were not touched in the bathroom. There were parts of kitchen not touched like the corners or near the dog food. Certainly not worth the money I paid let alone full price.

It was incredibly difficult to book appointments and the cleaners did not have their own tools such as vacuums. They also needed far more direction than any other cleaners I have ever used in the past. Overall people were friendly but the booking process would lead me to not use this service again.

Purchased a set of 3 visits, they showed up for the first one 15 minutes late (and charged me that time), then took her time cleaning a small house (and we did not request every room to be cleaned)... then went over her time, even though I kept requesting her to end on time and leave. I did not receive the 3 services...just 1. Wouldn't do this again.

just not the usual cleaning service. Really an employment service, with untrained staff and no cleaning supplies. Not a deal at all.

The cleaning staff had an attitude and clearly did not want to be working. She didn't listen to our requests of what she should focus on. Very disappointed
