There are lockers but no locker room, so best to come dressed for the workout. Just something to keep in mind.

If you are a yoga beginner, stretch before and after class. Yoga typically makes me dizzy and nauseous, but I had only had soothing side effects after class!

Stroga is a great yoga studio! I lived around the corner from them in Adams Morgan and I always enjoyed the vinyasa and power yoga classes! Great deal, great workout, great studio!!
