Karie (not sure about the spelling), she was very good and when I go back I will request for her.

I do have some helpful criticisims though. The room was extremely warm. They should have a better heating control system. The customer could get very easily dehydrated with that type of heat in the room. Also, the therapist had to leave room during massage for various reasons. This really disrupted the continuity of the massage process. At the begining, I had to lie on the table for about 20 minutes before I had to get up, go outside and remind the therapist that I have been on the table for a quite a bit of time without getting any massage! If the management can address these issues, this place is extraordinary. The therapist, Angela does give a great massage. I strongly recommend!

The therapists add a special hot stone touch that is nice. They also adapt the massage to your preferences and particular problem area(s).

Masseuse was late and other masseuse (couples massage) left the room multiple times during the massage.

The service was awful. The place was low staffed & since the business took walk-ins she kept leaving the room to attend walk-ins. My massage was not very good either. She didn't ask me if I had any injuries, which I did that was why I went! I wanted to relive my recovering right arm & was hoping to loosen some knotted around my shoulders & she totally missed my stress spots. She applied very low pressure & I think didn't do much for me. I walked out dissapointed that I had purchased 3 sessions when I think one was a waste :(

U need to improve customer service and massage never ask for tips its complimentary and based on satisfaction dont rush customers ......specialy first timers if u want them to come back u need to be professional

While the place is clean. It's very sparse. Get more qualified people to do massages. The person that did mine was huffing and puffing and I even heard her say "hard work".
