I was very nervous about using my voucher based on negative feedback my cousin had given me when she went to get her nails done, but one day I was in a bind and needed to get them done and they were my last choice. They did a great job, went back 2/3 more times, and used my voucher after i was fully satisfied with their service. I'd go back, and i'd recommend others. I do believe my cousin had a bad Experience (saw her nails afterwards and they looked awful), and i'm not sure what happened, but glad I tried it out for myself.
