The flow of this class made it one of the best yoga classes I have been to. The yoga flow matched and thus enhanced the body flow. It stimulated some unused channels of energy

I'm excited to work through the full 12 weeks! It's tough to find a good yoga studio with instruction that doesn't get repetitive. I hope Serona can keep it new and fresh each class.

Thanks! Wonderful atmosphere and mood, and the stretching and working on flexibility is exactly what I need to be doing for my body, and at the same time reducing stress.
