Sell class packages, for example, you could buy a packages of 10 or 25 classes for a certain price. I didn't use other facilities in the gym, so feel this would be a better deal than paying a monthly fee.

Great offer, I'd love to see more offers like this! I definately tried to spread the word on it and many of my friends were interested.

i do feel the workout classes are geared for the younger people. I wish they would offer a slower pace class for us old folks. :) That being said, The Clifton park gold's gym is a really nice, well kept gym and the staff are very nice to the members. I love the sauna and i find it an enjoyable place to work out. I do wish it was closer to my home, though and wish there were workout classes offered between 1 p.m. and 4:00 P.M. Maybe that is where they could put a couple of senior citizen classes in. I really feel it would help the seniors feel more comfortable about gong to a gym that seems to be more gear to the younger folks. Thank you for listening.

I have been a Gold's member for 6 years, I love the classes, facilities, and training staff. Its well worth the price!!
