Great people, coaches, it's different every class and safety is #1 doing a move the correct way might be more difficult but you won't hurt yourself.

I experienced CrossFit Waukesha for the first time last night. I am sore today but just loved it and can't wait for my next workout. Staff was extremly helpful working with me... I am new to CrossFit and a bit out of shape. I highly recommend CrossFit Waukesha!
