The floatation experience was nice, once I relaxed. I am big on customer service and good customer service helps me to return or recommend a business. From beginning (making the appointment) to the end (leaving the appt, I did not feel I received good customer service. I dont know the person name that assisted me for this experience, he never told me. Again, the experience was nice (for a first time trying this), but I wouldn't go back or recommend.
