I really enjoyed my first class 1/28/2018. The instructors were very supportive to everyone regardless of their fitness level. They let you work at your own pace. I am very excited and will be attending more sessions. :)

Excellent instructors at a nice, relaxed facilities. Also offer a few low cost options, like community yoga for $3.
