Fabulous! My daughter received a beautiful haircut with special attention to the fact that she had a lot of chlorine build up from summer. They gave her a special treatment for it at no extra charge! I had my nails done while I waited. Excellent service!

I have gone to the Paul Mitchell School several times for mani/pedis. Even with an appointment, I have had to wait 15 minutes. It is not a place to go if u r in a hurry. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the quality of my mani/pedis has been average. Even though I paid for a spa manicure several times, I was given the paraffin dip once.
